Our facility, located in the heart of the Hollywood Media District, finished its multi-million dollar expansion in 2016. The 15,800 square foot space is occupied by Cognition, The Arc/k Project, and post-production house, Company 3. Our creative community’s building features soaring 18’ ceiling heights and polished concrete floors alongside a mix of editing suites, large team-rooms, private offices and open spaces, including a 4K digital theater and a broadcast color suite.

We’re next door to RED and Milk Studios, a block away from Television Center, and a short drive from Paramount, Raleigh, Sunset Gower and other studios. Larchmont Village and Hollywood’s vast array of amenities and restaurants and retailers such as The Oinkster, Rose & Vine, The Larchmont, Osteria Mama, Providence, Grub, Rao’s, CVS and numerous other eateries and retailers are within walking distance.
